Third Trimester Daily Affirmations for a Positive Mindset
Welcome to Third Trimester Daily Affirmations for a Positive Mindset. The third trimester of pregnancy begins at 26 weeks of pregnancy and continues through birth. This can be quite a challenging time both physically and mentally. As you get closer to your due date or even go beyond your due date it can be challenging not knowing when labor will start or if an induction is in the plans. Listening to affirmations and saying them aloud daily can help strengthen your mindset. Daily affirmations can be a great way to disrupt negative thoughts and build a new positive mindset for your pregnancy.

If there’s nothing wrong with baby & yourself and it’s not over 45wks why intervene with nature ? 10wks away and absolutely NOT

Pitocin was a strange experience for me. I went from a very relaxed first 2-3 hours on it to very fast and furious contractions where I could barely catch my breath from yelling. I was allowed to move but was completely paralyzed by the contractions and ended up on my side in fetal position for the last 1.5-2 hours. When they wanted me to turn I couldnt. I told them if they wanted me to move they had to move me! So, I was not medicated with an epidural as they were not checking my progress cervically to know how far I was going how fast. ( A cervical check can help to know when to decrease pitocin also.) They also didnt believe me when I told them earlier that it was too much. I was praying to God I wouldn't rupture. So, I hope this will help someone. We are all different how we respond to medication. Find a provider who takes you seriously and will reason with you rather than brush you off.

I found it didn’t help in any way 😅 but was psychologically helpful in the sense that I believed it would help. On the plus side, I didn’t feel my son come out at all and didn’t notice him on me until he was looking for milk 😂. I had such an interesting delivery experience. Only felt pain after…now almost 40 weeks with second baby so about to go through the whole experience again!

I just came across your channel and subscribed! I know a lot of what you are teaching about already but unfortunately the reason why is not due to ever being pregnant. I cannot have any children via my own body due to many medical issues, one being very bad Endometriosis.. I feel like I'm going into labor contractions every month for a week straight, every now and then it will start up at a week or so before menstruation and get worse until about half way through menstruation and then I can finally stop begging my partner to not shake or make any bouncing motion on the bed while they get in/out of bed. LOL. It is horrible. I was on birth control to help for years and then my Epilepsy got much worse with much worse Seizures that eventually let to Status Epilepticus, kidney failure, among other things, long story short i ended up in a coma during the last 2 weeks of December in 2020. My local hospital kept forgetting to put the bed rails up and I ended up falling onto the hard floor multiple times when they still had me on the same floor as the Covid19 patients... Nobody told me except 2 nurses because they knew it was wrong of the Hospital to not make me aware of that, especially considering after each fall, they never put me through to get any head scans done... I am so forever appreciative of those Nurses who chose to do the right thing for me, knowing it could get them into trouble! Anyway, as I was saying, Lol- I just came across your channel and will definitely be watching some more of your videos whenever I'm starting to feel baby-fever! I'm in my low 30s, I always thought I would have at least a few children of my own, my first ever "job" was baby-sitting and my second was live in Nanny! I continued taking care of children for a while and loved it. (Until I could no longer work.) Oh and also- Before anybody starts to wonder or ask why I can't just adopt (which I always planned on doing, also!) or go the surrogate route, that is because I live with chronic and debilitating illnesses, some of which will only continue to get worse as time goes on. (Degenerative illnesses.) And most days I can only get out of bed & moving, for up to an hour or so, on and off. So, I will never be able to raise a child regardless of whether or not I actually birth said baby with my own body! Just wanted to share with you why I Subscribed! And also want to thank you- for putting better educated and more realistic content out there, for people everywhere, because the amount of false pregnancy/birthing/parenting "facts" being spread around or "taught" online is starting to really bug me and it just seems to be getting even worse. It scares me especially for younger audiences who may be more susceptible into believing the first thing they hear/read! Thank you again, for making your videos & helping others! You really seem to know your stuff and I love finding accurate information, it is very hard to these days! Especially because of apps like tiktok and the endless amount of social-media influencers who will say just about anything for a like or $$ ! P.s.- Sorry for this comment being so long, Lol! (I don't have much else to do, plus putting out my thoughts/opinions, etc, here online tends to help "take my brain off the pain" for a bit! 😊 Also, I am alone a lot at home with nobody to talk to, as my partner unfortunately is forced to work two jobs. So I tend to talk too much online. 😆 ) *I hope you keep creating content! And just an idea- I would absolutely love to watch anything Pregnancy + Endometriosis related and I'm sure many other women would also, as it is unfortunately quickly becoming so much more of a common reproductive disease, sadly. (I am not sure if you know much about Endo, though, but just thought I'd mention it)!* 😊 Have a nice day! -Aly

Aly, thank you for subscribing and thank you for sharing your story. You are so strong!! I love your idea about content relating to Pregnancy + Endometriosis. I will think more about this for sure. You have shared so much valuable information. I really appreciate your ideas and your support of the channel. I will absolutely be working to grow the channel and help as many people as I can. ❤️Alice
